Common questions about AffiliateLauncher.

AffiliateLauncher is affiliate and distributor program software for merchants who pay commissions on referred sales. These answers cover commissions, Shopify billing, the plugin, signup, and support.

How do affiliate commissions get paid?

Commissions accrue in the ledger as referred sales come in. When you pay partners, you mark those commissions paid and can export a PayPal mass-payment file to send the money. The WordPress plugin does not move money.

Does it work with Shopify?

Yes. Shopify stores install the AffiliateLauncher app from the Shopify App Store and subscribe in Shopify. Starter is $1.99 per month with a 90-day free trial and unlimited affiliates and orders. Plus is $19.99 per month with a 30-day free trial. Plus includes everything in Starter, plus advanced onboarding, basic onboarding fraud protection, affiliate events, and API and MCP access. Both plans are at https://apps.shopify.com/affiliatelauncher.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. Install the AffiliateLauncher plugin from WordPress.org, create a company on directsales.software, then open WooCommerce, then AffiliateLauncher, in WordPress to connect. Commissions are calculated in AffiliateLauncher, not in WordPress.

Can I use it without Shopify?

Yes. WooCommerce stores use the WordPress plugin and a company on directsales.software. API and MCP access needs the Plus plan. The support page also says Magento stores use a module and then connect it to a company.

What do affiliates see?

Their attributed sales, summaries, and ledger balances, so they know what was earned and what is still owed.

Does it help with 1099s?

It exports 1099-ready payee totals for your records. Filing stays with you or your accountant.

What does it cost if I do not use Shopify billing?

This site lists Shopify prices only. Starter is $1.99 per month and Plus is $19.99 per month, both at https://apps.shopify.com/affiliatelauncher.

Where do I sign up or log in?

Create a company at directsales.software/pub/onboarding. Log in at directsales.software/user/login. Register is only for someone who already belongs to a company. It does not start a new company.

Does the WordPress plugin bill me inside WordPress?

No. This site does not list a WordPress or WooCommerce price. The plugin is GPL-licensed. Shopify Starter is $1.99 per month and Plus is $19.99 per month at https://apps.shopify.com/affiliatelauncher.

Who do I email?

Sales questions go to [email protected]. Support goes to [email protected]. Include your store or company name.
