In Grok Bot chat, ask Grok Bot to add https://directsales.software/mcp as a connector with the header Authorization: Bearer <Plus company API key>.

The key is the company API key on the Plus plan. AffiliateLauncher's application docs say to obtain or rotate it under Settings, then Company Config, then API & integrations. If the key is exposed, rotate it. Accounts without Plus are refused.

Questions to ask after it is connected

Ask in plain language. The published MCP tools for these jobs are reads and help. The public docs name the tools and do not publish a parameter table, so the questions below do not invent arguments. REST field names are in the OpenAPI file. The same company key is the Bearer token.

• Commissions. Ask what an affiliate has earned, or ask for a commission overview. The tools are find_distributor, get_distributor_earnings, and get_commission_overview. Commission lookup lists the matching ledger and sale fields.
• Sales. Ask which affiliate is credited on an order. The tool is get_sale. Sales lookup covers order numbers, including the WooCommerce woo- form.
• Roster. Ask Grok Bot to find an affiliate by name or email, or to list the roster. The tools are find_distributor and list_distributors. Affiliate onboarding keeps those reads separate from creating a record, which is a REST write.
• Balances before a payout. Ask who is unpaid. The PayPal mass-payment file stays an admin export. Payout review names the ledger reads and says the file is not an API call.

get_company_context returns the company name, tier, and capabilities. explain_workflow, search_help, and get_help_topic answer help questions. They do not create affiliates or send payouts.
